Manufactured in the UK, the LE-300 wind turbine has a proven track record in applications as diverse as powering an Antarctic research station to charging batteries on yachts. Its excellent power production stems from an exceptionally low start-up wind speed and superb high wind speed output.

This wind generator is fully marinised, making it perfect for use on land, coastal locations and on boats. It is also fitted with a counter-weight to balance it around the centre pivot when the boat is yawing and a weather shield to fully enclose the stator.

This robust wind turbine can withstands storm force winds up to 60mph (27m/s).

The LE-300 blades, injection moulded from glass reinforced nylon, are very quiet in operation – a prerequisite in some applications particularly live-aboard boats.  The blades are also UV-resistant and extraordinarily tough.

The LE-300 is also extremely easy to integrate with solar panels for hybrid systems.
