This Rutland Furlmatic wind charger has been designed specifically for land-based applications and is used worldwide to provide power in locations where grid power is unavailable. This wind turbine has well proven reliability in tough weather conditions.
Key features of the FM910-4 wind turbine:
- Gale protection - its automatic ‘furling’ tail fin turns the turbine out of wind above 15 m/s
- Constructed with high grade materials for durability in harsh environments
- Low cut-in wind speed of 3 m/s to maximise power generation in low winds
- Generates 92W of power at winds of 11 m/s, with a max power output of 155W at 15 m/s
- Low friction 3 phase alternators deliver a smooth and silent output
- 2 year warranty
To prevent battery overcharging, we recommend using either the Rutland HRSi or HRDi charge regulator.
